Who knew getting fit could be fun as well as rewarding? Come join us and find out! I offer Small Group Personal Training classes in a non-gym very pleasant non-judgemental atmosphere. The classes build strength, endurance balance and flexibility, plus I share the latest science-based info on nutrition and fitness. Classes taught by Kathy Jordan, MS, RD CPT and owner of Body Transformation by kj weight loss, fitness and nutrition coaching practice.
